The very first New Year's Eve Party at Taveuni Dive Resort was held onsite at The Salty Fox Bar & Grill. With many local residents, guests on Taveuni, the owners / directors (Carl and Muriel) and the new Resort Manager (Jon) 2015 was ushered in with a full day of relaxation, fun, and fireworks. Many spent the sunny day lounging around poolside or bellied up at the bar. As night began to fall people quietly disappeared (to go home and change into their 'formal' island evening wear) and returned. A huge feast was prepared by the Staff in the Salty Fox Kitchen, and some of the food included a HUGE Leg of Ham, Roasted Chicken, Pasta Chicken Salad, Potato Salad, Green Salad, Scalloped Potatoes and many fresh local vegetables. Carl and Jon both presented New Years Eve Toasts with Sparkling Champagne just before the fireworks display which reflected off the glassy smooth surface of the swimming pool as they exploded over the resort. A great time was had by all. We look forward to seeing you all at Taveuni's newest resort in this upcoming year. Cheers everyone!!!!
